Returns
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be made after receipt, verification and acceptance of the goods.
The customer will be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase, minus the return management costs.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 5-10 days.
In the case of payment via PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account.
In the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer you will need to provide us with your IBAN to make a transfer in your favor.
